Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("TCMH") is pleased to announce the information in relation to the loans extended by TC Capital Resources Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TCMH, in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed money lender for the second quarter ended 30 June 2013 as set out in the table attached below.
