The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to inform that the Group has incorporated a new subsidiary with the name of TC Commercial Assets Sdn. Bhd. (“TCCA”) under the Companies Act, 1965 on 19 November 2013. TCCA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tanahku Holdings Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

TCCA has an authorised capital of RM400,000/- made up of 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- each and an issued and paid-up capital of RM2/-. Its principal activity will be property holding.

The incorporation of the new subsidiary has no material effect on the earnings, gearing and net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.
