The Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named TC CAPITAL RESOURCES SDN. BHD. with an authorized capital of RM100,000/- made up of 100,000 shares of par value RM1/- each and an issued and paid-up capital of RM2/-.
The new company has been formed for the purpose of consolidating and further expanding and diversifying the financing activities of the Group to meet the varied needs of the market.
The incorporation has no material effect on the earnings and net tangible assets of the Group for financial year ended 31 December 2004.
