The Board wishes to inform that the Company proposes to seek the approval of its shareholders for the following proposals at the forthcoming Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened.
    1. Renewal of the authority for the Company to purchase its own ordinary shares; and

    2. Renewal of the shareholders’ mandate to allow the Group to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
A circular containing the details of the above proposals will be despatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
