We refer to our announcement dated 8 December 1999 on behalf of the Board of TCMH ("Board").
On behalf of the Board, Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad ("CIMB") is pleased to announce that the internal reorganisation of the autoparts and non-motor divisions of TCMH under APM and WTCH respectively has been completed.
CIMB, on behalf of the Board, is also pleased to announce the following:-
(i) that the entire issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of APM comprising 201,600,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Main Board of the KLSE with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 December 1999; and
(ii) that the entire issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of WTCH comprising 67,200,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be admitted to the Official List of the Main Board of the KLSE with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 December 1999.
