We refer to the above and are pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of TCMH, that the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange ("KLSE") has given its approval-in-principle for the admission to the Official List and the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of APM and WTCH on the Main Board of the KLSE.
In addition, on behalf of the Board of TCMH, Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad is pleased to announce that the rights to allotment of APM and WTCH ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been renounced and allotted to the entitled shareholders of TCMH and Parasand Ltd. ("Parasand"). The Notices of Allotment are being despatched by APM and WTCH to the shareholders of TCMH and Parasand.
