The directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad wish to inform that the Company has acquired a dormant company, Belize Holdings Sdn. Bhd, for a cash consideration of RM3,600/-.
The company has an authorised share capital of RM100,000/- made up of 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- each and a issued and paid - up capital of RM2/-. The company will be utilised as and when new business opportunities are identified.
The above transaction has no material effect on the earnings and net tangible assets of the Group for the year ending 31 December 1999.
None of the directors and substantial shareholders has an interest, direct or indirect in the transaction.
