We refer to our announcement on behalf of the Board of TCMH ("Board") dated 16 April 1999 and to your letter dated 21 April 1999.
On behalf of the Board, Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad wishes to announce that the valuations for APM and WTCH of RM298,922,000 and RM122,144,000 were arrived at after taking into consideration the proforma maintainable profit after taxation and net tangible assets as at 31 December 1998 of the companies comprising the Autoparts and Non-Motor Divisions of TCMH respectively.
