Outcome of Meeting

The Board of Directors of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad ("TCMH" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the 47th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by the shareholders of TCMH at the 47th AGM held earlier today. 

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. The details of the poll results are set out below and as attached.
