Mr. Ng Chee Hoong is currently a sole partner of CNG, an accounting firm which provides auditing and taxation sevices. He has about 30 years of experience in the provision of audit & assurance services. Prior to joining the Group, he was a partner in BDO PLT (from June 1990 to February 2009), PKF (from March 2009 to September 2010) and Grant Thornton Malaysia (currently known as Grant Thornton Malaysia PLT) (from October 2010 to February 2017), all are accounting firms. He then joined Tradewinds Plantation Berhad, an oil palm and rubber plantation company, and served as a Chief Financial Officer from March 2017 to February 2019, being responsible for overseeing the finance functions and supporting the Chief Executive Officer. From March 2019 to April 2020, Mr. Ng rejoined PKF as an Audit Director responsible for auditing and assurance engagements. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of MOG Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. |
